Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policy

We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and any relevant details about your shipment. Please note that our standard fulfillment time is approximately 7 business days, though delays may occur during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Issues and Responsibility

If the shipping courier is unable to deliver your package, we will be notified by the courier and will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout. Common reasons for undeliverable packages include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Refusal to pay applicable international duties and taxes.

Return or Abandonment of Undeliverable Packages

If we are unable to arrange for successful delivery of your package, it will either be:

  1. Returned to us at 2°C, or
  2. Classified as abandoned by the courier.

Please note: In the event a package is abandoned or returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or failure to pay duties and taxes), the customer will be responsible for any associated fees, including return shipping costs and restocking fees, where applicable.

How to Avoid Delivery Issues
To ensure successful delivery, we strongly encourage the following:

  • Double-check your shipping and contact information at checkout for accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to any communication from us or the courier regarding your shipment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, which helps us maintain efficient service and ensure the successful delivery of your orders.

Important Notice for EU Customers

Please note that all orders shipped to the European Union (EU) are subject to local VAT (Value Added Tax), in accordance with EU tax regulations. These taxes are assessed based on the destination country’s applicable VAT rate.

In addition to VAT, couriers may impose administrative fees for processing and handling customs clearance. These fees are determined by the carrier and are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for paying these charges directly to the courier upon delivery or as instructed.

To ensure compliance with EU regulations, it is essential to be aware of these additional costs, as they are separate from the purchase price and shipping fees paid during checkout.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
